Job Description:
Pivotal Solutions is seeking a proactive and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Lusaka. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Prepare and present account performance reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in account management.
