We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. We are a reputable company based on the Copperbelt.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate labour involved in all planned company activities.
  • Manage purchase, inventory and material usage.
  • Maintain accurate staff and operational records.
  • Ensure effective communication is maintained, internally and with external stake holders.
  • Analyze operational data to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification from recognized institution.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive work approach
  • Relevant proven experience in business administration or logistics operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
