Job Description:

ZamTech Solutions is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lusaka. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Process orders and returns accurately.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on customer service activities.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
