Job Description:
ZamTech Solutions is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lusaka. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
