Job Description:

ZamTech Solutions is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the operations of our store in Lusaka. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in retail management, and the ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including staff supervision and inventory management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain store visual standards and ensure merchandise is well-presented.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement improvements.
• Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
