Job Description:

Zambezi Ventures is looking for an energetic and friendly Bartender to join our team in Livingstone. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Take orders from customers and serve snacks and beverages.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assist with bar inventory management and ordering supplies.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
