Job Description:

Zambezi Ventures is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team in Livingstone. The successful candidate will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours.
• Provide advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and requirements.
• Process reservations and issue travel documents.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Manage client profiles and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on travel trends and industry developments.
• Resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel agent.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
