Job Description:

Zambezi Ventures is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to join our team in Livingstone. The successful candidate will provide engaging and informative tours to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct guided tours of local attractions.
• Provide detailed information about the history, culture, and significance of sites.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants.
• Answer questions and provide recommendations to guests.
• Maintain a positive and engaging demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a tour guide is preferred.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of local history, culture, and attractions.
• Ability to manage groups of people effectively.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
