Job Description: Victoria Gateway is seeking a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage costs related to construction projects, from initial estimates to final accounts. You will ensure projects are financially managed effectively and within budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating and preparing cost analyses for construction projects.
- Monitoring project progress and expenditures.
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Preparing and evaluating tender documents.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
