Job Description: Chikondi Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and optimizing warehouse processes. You will lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Optimizing warehouse layout and storage procedures.
- Implementing inventory control measures and conducting stock audits.
- Training and supervising warehouse staff.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
