Job Description: Chikondi Ltd is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain our manufacturing equipment and facilities. As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and repair machinery to minimize downtime. You will ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Conducting preventive maintenance inspections and identifying potential issues.
- Documenting maintenance activities and maintaining maintenance records.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
