Job Description: Chikondi Ltd is seeking an organized Production Planner to optimize our manufacturing processes and ensure efficient production schedules. As a Production Planner, you will analyze production specifications and demand forecasts to develop production plans and schedules. You will collaborate with production teams to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining production schedules and plans.
- Monitoring production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Analyzing production data and identifying areas for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Production Planning, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Planner or similar role in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production planning and scheduling software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
