Job Description: Chikondi Ltd is seeking a dedicated Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will lead and supervise a team of production staff to achieve production targets and maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily factory operations and managing production schedules.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Implementing and enforcing safety and environmental policies.
- Training, supervising, and evaluating production team members.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
