Job Description: ZamTech Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Systems Analyst, you will analyze and optimize our organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and recommend technological solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and evaluating existing systems and processes.
- Designing and implementing new systems and processes to meet organizational needs.
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses.
- Collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Knowledge of system testing and evaluation procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
