Job Description:
Lumina Ventures is hiring a qualified Optometrist to join our healthcare team in Lusaka. The Optometrist will perform eye examinations, diagnose vision problems, and prescribe corrective lenses and treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision tests.
- Diagnose and treat vision disorders and eye diseases.
- Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other treatments.
- Provide patient education on eye health and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements:
- Valid optometry license in Zambia.
- Strong knowledge of optometry practices and procedures.
- Excellent manual dexterity and communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Optometry from a recognized institution.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using optometric equipment.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
