Job Description:
Lumina Ventures is looking for an experienced Clinical Officer to join our healthcare team in Lusaka. The Clinical Officer will provide primary healthcare services, diagnose and treat illnesses, and offer preventive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and clinical assessments.
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries.
- Prescribe medications and treatments.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid practicing license as a Clinical Officer in Zambia.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and patient management skills.
Education:
- Diploma or degree in Clinical Medicine from a recognized institution.
Skills:
- Proficiency in clinical procedures.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Officer.
