Position Overview:
Lumina Ventures is seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Lusaka. The Supply Chain Analyst will analyze supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain data and identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance.
- Assist in the development of supply chain policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
