Position Overview:
Lumina Ventures is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team in Lusaka. The Production Planner will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating production activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure schedules are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
- Analyze production data and adjust schedules accordingly.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding production timelines.
- Prepare production reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
