Position Overview:
Lumina Ventures is seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Lusaka. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Design and implement production layouts and workflows.
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop new products.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
