Position Overview:
Lumina Ventures is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Lusaka. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins.
- Assemble orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
