Job Description:
Apex is looking for a skilled Roofer to install, repair, and maintain roofing systems. The Roofer will work on various residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring the structural integrity and durability of roofs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems.
- Inspect roofs to identify issues and provide solutions.
- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals.
- Prepare and submit reports on work completed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of roofing techniques and materials.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Education:
- Diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
- Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in roofing work.
