Job Description:
Apex is seeking a skilled Painter to paint interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes. The Painter will work on various construction and renovation projects, delivering aesthetically pleasing and durable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and priming.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces.
- Repair and touch up existing paintwork.
- Mix paint to the desired color and consistency.
- Ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Education:
- Diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
- Ability to mix and apply paint.
- Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in painting work.
