Job Description:
Apex is seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental Scientist to conduct research and develop strategies to protect the environment. The Environmental Scientist will focus on understanding environmental issues and finding sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field and laboratory research to assess environmental conditions.
- Analyze soil, water, and air samples to identify pollutants.
- Develop strategies and plans to mitigate environmental impact.
- Prepare and present reports on environmental findings.
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and policies.
- Educate the public and stakeholders on environmental conservation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Environmental Scientist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of environmental science principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Skills:
- Proficiency in environmental software and tools.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in environmental research and analysis.
