Job Description:
Apex is seeking a creative and experienced Landscape Architect to design and oversee outdoor spaces for various projects. The Landscape Architect will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present landscape design concepts and plans.
- Select and specify plants, materials, and features for outdoor spaces.
- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and preferences.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of landscape projects.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and building regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Landscape Architect or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles and practices.
- Excellent design and visualization skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in landscape design.
