Job Description:

Apex is seeking an experienced and organized Property Manager to oversee and manage our property portfolio. The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and profitable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are in good condition.
• Collect rent and handle tenant issues and disputes.
• Market and lease properties to potential tenants.
• Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets for property expenses.
• Maintain accurate records of property operations and finances.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in property management software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in property management.
