Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is looking for a creative and experienced Architect to design and oversee the construction of buildings and other structures. The Architect will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet client needs and comply with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present architectural designs and plans.
• Consult with clients to determine their requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications.
• Oversee construction projects to ensure adherence to plans.
• Collaborate with engineers and other construction professionals.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Architect or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent design and visualization skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional architectural license.

Skills:

• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• Attention to detail and creativity.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in architecture.
