Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is looking for a dependable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Lusaka. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to customers safely and on time.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures.
• Maintain delivery vehicle in good condition.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role.

Education:

• Diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and work under pressure.

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in delivery driving.
