Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a courteous and knowledgeable Concierge to join our team in Lusaka. The Concierge will be responsible for assisting guests with various services, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
• Make reservations for dining, transportation, and activities.
• Assist with luggage handling and other guest requests.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of local attractions and services.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Concierge or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong understanding of concierge services and guest relations.
• Proficiency in concierge software and tools.

Education:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in guest services or hospitality.
