Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Lusaka. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and service.
• Manage and train restaurant staff.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and systems.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in restaurant management.
