Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is looking for an experienced and personable Bartender to join our team in Lusaka. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a positive bar experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
• Interact with customers and take beverage orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Manage bar inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of mixology principles and beverage preparation.
• Proficiency in bar management software and tools.

Education:

• Diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in bartending.
