Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking friendly and efficient Waiters/Waitresses to join our restaurant team in Lusaka. The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Education:

• Diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage service.
