Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel in Lusaka. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest service, managing staff, and maintaining financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
  • Manage and train hotel staff, ensuring high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets.
  • Maintain hotel facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of hotel management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in hotel management.
