Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to join our team in Lusaka. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandising plans to promote products.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align merchandising efforts with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to company guidelines.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports on merchandising performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of merchandising principles and practices.
• Proficiency in merchandising software and tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in merchandising.
