Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a persuasive and results-oriented Telemarketer to join our team in Lusaka. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
• Present product information and answer customer questions.
• Record customer information and feedback accurately.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions with customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales role.
• Strong understanding of telemarketing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in telemarketing software and CRM systems.

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing.
