Pivotal Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our team in Lusaka. The Market Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on market conditions and forecasts.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities.
• Develop and implement market research strategies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support business objectives.
• Prepare and present market research reports and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of market research principles and practices.
• Proficiency in market research tools and software.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in market research.
