Job Description:

Nexus Zambia is looking for an experienced IT Consultant to provide expert advice and solutions for our IT needs in Lusaka. The IT Consultant will be responsible for assessing our IT infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and analyze IT infrastructure and systems.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and plans.
• Provide technical advice and support to IT teams.
• Conduct training and workshops for staff on IT best practices.
• Prepare and present technical reports and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Consultant or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in IT consulting tools and software.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ITIL) preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork and project management skills.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in IT consulting.
