Job Description:

Nexus Zambia is looking for an innovative and experienced Process Engineer to optimize our manufacturing processes and improve efficiency in Lusaka. The Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Conduct process simulations and testing.
• Prepare process documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve process issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to staff on process improvement techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of process engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and MS Office.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork and project management skills.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in process engineering.
