Job Description:
North Star is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to conduct financial analysis, develop financial models, and provide insights to support decision-making processes in Lusaka. The Financial Analyst will analyze financial data, forecast future financial trends, and prepare reports for management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and develop financial models.
- Prepare and present financial reports and projections.
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze market trends and economic data.
- Provide recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis.
