Job Description:
North Star is looking for an experienced and strategic Program Manager to oversee and manage our programs in Lusaka. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage program plans and schedules.
- Coordinate program activities and resources.
- Monitor program performance and implement improvements.
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
- Ensure compliance with program policies and regulations.
- Lead and mentor program staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of program management and development procedures.
- Proficiency in program management software.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in program management.
