About the Company
Topseed Zambia Limited is a Zambian Agro business company dealing in Marketing and Distribution of seed and other Agro products throughout Zambia. The main objective of Topseed Zambia Limited is to bring to farmers a broad crop portfolio of top-performing seeds, including hybrid maize, sunflower, soya beans, dry beans, grain sorghum, wheat, and forage crops.
Objectives of this role
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnership
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Responsibilities:
- Customer appraisal, KYC and master data maintenance
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Generating customer invoices, credit notes and statements.
- Receiving customer payments and appropriate booking to customer accounts.
- Customer reconciliations and resolution of disputes.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Knowing competition and strategizing accordingly.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant Business field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Proficient with Pastel Partner or Pastel evolution.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Location :
- Location will be Lusaka, However, there will be a lot of travel throughout the Country
