Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Propose retail spaces / malls for site lease
- Promote the brand on social media and run social media campaigns
- Help create content for various marketing channels, including social media, emails, and websites.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project management.
- Assist in coordinating events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or advertising, internships included.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to plan and execute events calendar
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and proven experience running campaigns on social media.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be a valid member of Zambia Institute of Marketing
