Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee technology projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and accomplishments.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
