Position Overview:
We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our IT systems and workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement effective technology strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and document business requirements.
- Design and document system specifications, workflows, and architecture.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assist in the selection of appropriate technology solutions.
- Develop test plans and conduct system testing to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide training and support to users during and after implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in systems analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in modeling tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
