Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions using our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Feedback Loop: Collect customer feedback and report insights to management to help improve service quality and customer experience.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
