Position Overview:
We are in search of a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and enhancing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve their targets and improve performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
