Chisamba Crest Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to provide training, share best practices, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
