Environmental Health Officer

Job Description:
ZamVenture Holdings is hiring an Environmental Health Officer to monitor and promote public health and environmental safety. The officer will work to prevent and control environmental health hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and assessments of environmental health conditions.
• Develop and implement policies and programs to improve public health.
• Collaborate with community organizations and government agencies.
• Prepare reports on environmental health issues and recommendations.
• Educate the public on health and environmental safety practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, or a related field.
• Proven experience in environmental health or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
