Job Summary:
Indigo is seeking a proactive IT Support professional to assist users with technical issues and ensure smooth operation of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Document issues and solutions in the helpdesk system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Previous experience in an IT support role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
