Job Description:
OneZambia is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues. The IT Support Specialist will assist users with hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software
- Document and track support requests and solutions
- Assist with IT training and user support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in IT support tools and MS Office
