Job Description:
We are looking for a Credit Controller to manage credit accounts and ensure timely payment from customers. The ideal candidate will minimize bad debts and improve cash flow through effective credit management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage customer credit accounts
- Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate records of credit and collections activities
- Assess credit risk and set appropriate credit limits
- Report on credit control performance and issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial information and assess credit risk
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
